The proposal is located along the N9 motorway in Belgium. The project draws parallels with Robert Venturi's analysis and drawings of the American motorways to the Flemish motorways as an important element in the organisation of the territory.

The project proposes the consolidation of services and vertical circulation within a thick wall that splits the plan up into 2 halves. The stairs within the service wall lead to a roof area with seating that face towards the open landscape. The half facing the motorway consists of small partitioned rooms, the other, facing the landscape is left as a large double-height multi-purpose space.
